Cancellation Policy

Draft for review. Before launch, have this reviewed by a qualified lawyer and add your registered business name, address and grievance officer details as required under Indian law.

  • You can cancel your Premium renewal anytime from the Billing page. No phone call or email needed.
  • After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. You won’t be charged again.
  • When Premium ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your progress, streaks and history are kept.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period and email you. Premium continues during the grace period.
