The service
BoloFluent is an AI-assisted English learning service. AI feedback can contain mistakes and is not a substitute for a qualified teacher. The level test gives a preliminary CEFR-aligned recommendation and is not an official certification.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Don’t misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass usage limits, or harmful or illegal content.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Plans and usage limits
The Free and Premium plans include the daily allowances shown on the Pricing page (for example AI speaking minutes and AI text messages). Allowances reset daily at midnight India time. We may adjust allowances with notice.
Payments and renewal
Premium is billed through Cashfree Payments (UPI AutoPay or card): the introductory price for the first month, then the regular monthly price, renewing automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before checkout and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. See the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Content
Our lessons, exercises and app content belong to BoloFluent. You keep ownership of what you write and say; you allow us to process it to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
