Delete your BoloFluent account

Delete it yourself

1. Log in to BoloFluent in the app or at bolofluent.beamingindia.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete account.

Your account is deleted immediately. Any Premium renewal is cancelled first, so you won't be charged again.

Or ask us

Email beamingindia@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my BoloFluent account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number and settings.
• Your learning data: lessons, quiz answers, level test results, progress, streaks and achievements.
• Your conversations with the AI tutor, corrections, saved words and notes.
• Any files you uploaded (for example a resume for the Interview Coach).

What is kept

Payment and invoice records (amount, date and payment reference) are kept without any link to your account, for up to 8 years, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten within 30 days.
